Heat pumps · Valencia

One installation for heating, cooling and hot water.

We assess the home before selecting capacity, hydraulics and heat emitters. A heat pump works well when the whole system is properly designed.

Complete project

The equipment is only one part of the solution.

Sizing, hot water production, hydraulics, emitters and controls must work together.

M

Monobloc

The refrigerant circuit is contained in the outdoor unit, depending on the solution and manufacturer.

B

Split heat pump

An outdoor unit and indoor module for projects that require this configuration.

H₂O

Domestic hot water

Domestic hot water production integrated into the project.

↕

Heat emitters

Underfloor heating/cooling, fan coils or compatibility with existing emitters.

When it makes sense

New builds, renovations and boiler replacement.

Actual performance depends on operating temperature, the building envelope and the heat distribution system.

  • Detached home
  • Energy renovation
  • Replacing gas or oil heating
  • Integration with hot water and climate control

What we ask for before quoting

  • Location and approximate floor area
  • Current heating system
  • Radiators, underfloor heating or fan coils
  • Number of occupants and hot water demand
  • Photos of the plant room and outdoor areas

What the proposal may include

We define the whole system, not just the outdoor unit.

The quote is based on the home and its existing system. Depending on the project, it may include the following elements.

01

Heat generation

  • Outdoor unit
  • Indoor module where required
  • Control and regulation
02

Domestic hot water

  • Hot water storage cylinder
  • Sensors and controls
  • Matched to the home's demand
03

Hydraulics

  • Pumps and valves to suit the design
  • Filtration and safety components
  • Buffer tank if required by the design
04

Heat distribution

  • Underfloor heating/cooling
  • Fan coils
  • Compatibility assessment for existing emitters

Three common situations

The solution depends on what is already in the home.

01

Boiler replacement

We assess whether existing radiators can work at the planned flow temperature and which hydraulic changes are needed.

02

Home with underfloor heating

Low operating temperatures are usually favourable, but manifolds, controls, hot water and cooling demand still need checking.

03

New build or complete renovation

We can design heat pumps, hot water and underfloor heating/cooling or fan coils together from the start, avoiding later adaptations to an incorrectly sized system.

Equipment

Four priority brands when comparing solutions.

No single brand suits every project. We compare configuration, capacity, availability and service.

Process

Start with the home, then design the system.

Initial details

Floor area, location, current system and hot water requirements.

Assessment

We assess capacity, emitters, hydraulics, location and project requirements.

Proposal

We define the configuration, equipment, scope and budget.

Installation

Installation, checks and commissioning within the agreed scope.

Savings and incentives

A well-prepared project also checks possible tax incentives.

Some energy renovation projects may qualify for Spanish income tax deductions and, when replacing a combustion boiler, energy savings certificate schemes (CAE). Eligibility depends on the home, documented energy improvements and supporting records.

We review this during project preparation, but do not promise a fixed incentive. Tax incentives may require energy certificates before and after the work, together with properly documented invoices and payments.

Documents that may be relevant

  • Energy certificates before and after the work
  • Invoices and bank payments
  • Equipment and commissioning records
  • Project technical documentation

Frequently asked questions

Clear answers before requesting a quote.

These questions often affect system design, scope or maintenance.

What is an air-to-water heat pump?

It extracts energy from outdoor air and transfers it to a water circuit. Depending on the design, it can provide heating, cooling and domestic hot water.

Can a heat pump work with existing radiators?

Sometimes, but this must be checked. We assess the home's heat demand, required flow temperature and the actual output of existing emitters.

Does it work better with underfloor heating or fan coils?

Low-temperature systems such as underfloor heating/cooling and fan coils are generally suited to efficient heat pump operation. Each home needs its own calculations and equipment selection.

What information do you need for an initial proposal?

Location, floor area, property type, current system, emitters, hot water needs, photos of technical spaces and an energy certificate if available.

Can a heat pump qualify for tax deductions or CAE?

Some projects may meet tax deduction or Energy Savings Certificate requirements. Eligibility depends on the case, current rules and energy documentation; installing a heat pump does not automatically qualify.
