Data we may process

When you request a quote through the form or WhatsApp, we may process your name, phone number, city/area, package of interest, room information, preferred timeframe and any comments you provide.

Purposes

• Responding to quote and contact requests.
• Preparing a technical and commercial recommendation.
• Coordinating installation, maintenance or related visits.
• Measuring advertising campaigns if the user accepts analytics and advertising cookies.

Legal basis

The main legal basis is the user's request and pre-contractual steps. Consent is the basis for non-essential cookies.

Retention

We retain data for the time needed to handle the request and, if you become a customer, for the applicable statutory periods. Data relating to enquiries that do not become customers should be deleted or reviewed periodically.

Recipients and processors

Tools needed for contact, website hosting, campaign measurement and communication may be involved, such as WhatsApp, Google Tag Manager/Google Ads, Meta Ads or other providers configured for marketing. This list must be reviewed before the final launch.

You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@navteris.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
