Yes, first-year maintenance is included in Confort Plus and Premium Hogar. It is not included in Confort Esencial.
Do you work with specific models?
Advertising shows brands by category, not specific models. This avoids promising a SKU that may not be available on the purchase day.
Do you offer cleaning for an already installed unit?
Yes. We offer professional cleaning from €79 VAT included for existing units, even if the original installation was done by someone else.
Can I order annual maintenance without installation?
Yes. You can order the annual maintenance plan from €89 per year or €240 for 3 years, even if we did not install the system originally.
Can I install several units?
Yes. For 2x1 and 4x1 we prepare a custom quote because the work changes a lot depending on distances, access and outdoor unit location.
