Annual maintenance

If we find a fault or work outside the agreed maintenance scope, we quote it before proceeding. Refrigerant circuit work, repairs and replacement parts are not automatically included in standard cleaning or inspection.

Do you maintain equipment installed by other companies?
Yes. We can inspect and maintain existing equipment installed by another company, provided access and system condition allow safe work.
What does air conditioning cleaning include?
The scope is confirmed for each unit. It may include filters, coil/evaporator, fan wheel where accessible, condensate tray and drain, plus an outdoor unit visual inspection and basic operating checks.
Do you also service heat pumps?
Yes. Maintenance may include the hydraulic circuit, pressures, filters, pumps, temperatures, settings, alarms and general checks, adapted to the manufacturer and installation.
Do you maintain marine climate systems?
Yes. We inspect equipment, ducts, drains, pumps, seawater circuits, controls and other components according to the system and vessel.
When are additional repairs quoted?
If an inspection reveals a fault or work outside the agreed maintenance scope, we explain and quote it before proceeding.
