The concept
A heat pump system is more than an outdoor unit.
With an air-to-water heat pump, performance and comfort depend on the whole system: heat-load calculation, flow temperature, hydraulics, hot water, controls and emitters.
Domestic hot water
Can produce domestic hot water using a storage cylinder.
Heat emitters
Underfloor heating, fan coils or compatible radiators, subject to calculation.

Heating curves, zones and temperatures adapted to the building.

Deductions and CAE: possible, but not automatic.
Some energy improvement projects may qualify for Spanish income tax deductions or Energy Savings Certificates. Installing a heat pump alone does not guarantee an incentive.
National income tax deductions (IRPF)
A 40% deduction may apply where the work demonstrates, among other qualifying cases, at least a 30% reduction in non-renewable primary energy consumption or an A/B energy rating. The AEAT maximum qualifying expenditure stated for this scheme is €7,500, giving a theoretical maximum deduction of €3,000. Energy certification under the applicable rules and compliance with tax requirements are necessary.
CAE
Replacing certain combustion boilers with heat pumps may fall within the Energy Savings Certificate scheme. Financial value and processing depend on the application and participating parties.

How much does a heat pump cost in Valencia?
There is no single price: cost depends on capacity, hot water, hydraulics, emitters, the existing installation and complexity. NAVTERIS prepares a quote after assessing the home and scope.
Can I keep my radiators?
It may be possible, but radiator output at the planned flow temperature and the building's actual heat demand must be checked.
Can a heat pump also cool?
A reversible heat pump can provide cooling, but the distribution system must be designed for it, for example fan coils or correctly designed underfloor cooling.

Are incentives available for heat pump installation?
